Here you can set up your profiles that Splashforce will use when checking out.

Adding

To add a profile, simply navigate to the Billing tab and enter your details.

All of the fields except Address 2 are required. Select your country in the drop-down to show the available state options.

If your billing and shipping address differ, untick the "Ship to Billing" checkbox and complete the shipping details.

If your card uses 3DS verification, tick the "Use 3D Browser" box. For more information on 3DS, see here: 3D Secure 

When you are finished, click the "Save" button. Your profile will then be added to the drop-down in the bottom left.

Editing

To edit a profile, select the profile you wish to edit from the drop-down in the bottom left. Make whatever changes you wish to make and click the "Save" button.

Deleting

To delete a profile, select the profile you wish to delete from the drop-down in the bottom left. Click the "Delete" button. You will not be prompted to confirm so make sure you select the correct profile.

Duplicating

To duplicate a profile, select the profile you wish to duplicate fro the drop-down in the bottom left. Make whatever changes you wish to make, change the profile name and click the "Save" button.

Common Problems

Card Number Formatting Issue

The card number is validated to ensure the format is correct. Double-check that you have entered your card number correctly. If you are testing, you can use the number 4242424242424242

Profiles Will Not Save

If your profiles do not save, first try restarting the bot. If that does not resolve it, follow these instructions:

  1. Close Splashforce
  2. Navigate to the Splashforce app data for your operating system. On Windows it is located at %AppData%/Splashforce. On Mac it is located at ~/Library/Application Support/Splashforce
  3. Delete the profiles.json file
  4. Re-open Splashforce
